We offer picnic table frames which are 1 5/8th pipe tubing, 12 gauge which are very heavy duty and made to last.   Each table frame comes with the hardware to put your table together.

Galvanized Frames – these frames are hot dipped galvanized which means the galvanizing when dipped goes inside and outside of the pipe tubing giving it a double coating of galvanizing making them extremely durable for commercial and residential use.

Painted Frames – these frames are the same pipe tubing however are painted on the outside of the pipe tubing only with an oil base paint.

We start with long straight pieces of the 1 5/8” steel pipe tubing – each piece of tubing is put through a pipe bender and bent to the specific dimensions for each table.

Then we take flat steel plate and cut the parts and form the angles we need to weld on the tubing – this makes the angle parts that allow you to screw the table to the picnic table boards to complete your picnic table.  We also use 1” steel tubing to make cross bars to stabilize the picnic table.

Yes we can provide you with the green treated lumber for the tops and seats of the table (our lumber has all the edges routered so your table looks nice or we do offer a poly top and seats).  We normally sell the complete table as a kit for you to put together.

Yes we do offer custom metal tables with designs cut in the top and seats.  These metal table tops and seats are powder coated.
