Our fire rings are made of 3/16h thick (.1875) steel plate.  This material is heavy material that will withstand many years of use 10 – 20 years.Because 3/16-inch steel is roughly three times thicker than the cheap 16-gauge (1/16-inch) sheet metal rings sold at big-box retail stores, it is highly resilient against warping from intense heat and structural rust-through.This makes our fire rings a very durable commercial or residential use fire ring.

We start with a flat metal plate which is fed into a plate roll machine to form it into a round fire ring and then the seam is professionally welded.  The fire ring is then cleaned and painted with high temp BBQ paint and dried.

Yes we offer custom designed fire rings with names, business names, and pictures on them.   (we work with the customer to produce the design they want)We offer these in the heavy 3/16th material or a lighter 1/8th material.
